STRIVING FOR A BETTER VILLAGE AT MAGNOLIA SPRINGS
Monthly MSCG meetings are suspended during June, July and August, and return monthly from September to May.
At our April 15 meeting, Mr. Donnie Barrett, of Fairhope Tea Plantation, entertained members with an informational presentation on growing the plants that yield that wonderful beverage — and he gifted us with cuttings. Turns out Baldwin County, Alabama is the perfect place to do it.
What a rousing success! The Magnolia Springs Community Hall —built in 1894 — is the beneficiary of funds raised. Watch for more events and opportunities to join us as we preserve and enjoy this unique and very useful building in the heart of Magnolia Springs.
April 9 - 11, 2026 (Thursday–Saturday), at 11401 Hwy 98, Fairhope (Across from Weeks Bay Reserve), from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. If you missed this year's event, please join us next year — items sell quickly, so plan to join us on the first day!
